"I used Carnival Custom Painting, Dave Waldren at 512-490-2400. I can't believe what a great job they have done! Not only did they remove the popcorn expertly, but they built up the plaster on some areas that were sagging between the 2x4s and it looks incredibly flat and smooth now. They touched up all the cracks in the walls and retextured everything. The job was quiet, well done and efficient. I did only my living room, entry foyer and hallway this time; I will definitely bring them back when I'm ready to do the bedrooms. They removed all wall plates and vents and light fixtures and completely and carefully taped off everything that shouldn't get painted, and no paint ended up on door hinges (my pet peeve). They brush and roll the paint, rather than spray it, so you get better coverage. They put down 3 layers of plastic on the floors so they can remove one each day to clean up. I am so excited!"
